DPA-8800 Structural Silicone Kit

Two-component room-temperature silicone for structural bonding and sealing evaluation in spacecraft solar-cell stack interfaces.

  • Mix: A:B = 100:5 by weight
  • Cure: room-temperature cure; best performance after 7 days
Cover-glass bonding route

GPA-8811 Cover-Glass Bonding Kit

Transparent addition-cure silicone for cover-glass-to-solar-cell bonding evaluation.

  • Mix: A:B = 9:1 by weight
  • Cure: ≤2 h at 80°C; use temperature −165°C to 150°C
Glass-based route

Ultra-Thin Cover Glass Sample

Glass-based protection sample for conventional solar-cell stacks requiring radiation protection and optical shielding.

  • Route: cover glass + GPA-8811 or customer-defined adhesive
  • Options: thickness / coating to be defined by mission requirement
